I have been trying to learn more about photography. I realize that to be a photographer, you can start at any time or age. And it doesn’t matter what camera you use. It can be the cheap disposable cameras at the price of an instant noodle or the super expensive professional digital camera which cost a bomb to some.
It really doesn’t matter which or what camera you are using at the beginning. The one that really matter is you, the person behind the camera. You are the one who will make the photographs beautiful or majestic and to make people say ‘WOW’ when they look at the photographs.
Some people like to take photos of peoples, animals, buildings, events, weddings, landscapes etc. And all I can think if, they are doing this for two reasons. First, doing photography as a hobby and second, for them to make a living. And it can be both, which I think most of the photographers do, as a hobby and to make a living.
Once you have learned the ‘more than foundation’ of camera or photography, you might want to consider upgrading your gadgets. Of course not the custom cameras for special work in studio. I really don’t think you want to jump into that kind of camera, leave that to the professional because they have the mean and money to own that one. Get decent gadgets which can fit your budget. Do studies or read reviews about the gadgets you want to have before you buy them.
If you are into wedding photography, check out what are the lens used by the well know wedding photographer. Of course there is no such thing as wedding cameras, but they do customize their lens combinations to make it suitable for wedding environments.
Usually wedding photographer makes more money at a very short period. That’s because there are weddings everywhere every week, I’m sure you noticed that right? This is what usually new photographer do, into wedding photography. And that’s why you can notice there are many wedding photography around now days. But I’m not into wedding photography. I prefer to be a street photographer. I hope I can travel around the world one day taking photos right from the streets of the world
